How do I order?
Apply for an account here. Once approved, you can log in to see wholesale pricing and order.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our order minimum is 12 units.
What is the minimum advertised price (MAP)?
Our minimum advertised price is $28. You can sell for any price you want, but you agree not to advertise or list our kits below $28.
How fast do you ship?
We typically ship orders within 3-5 business days, however if you placed your order at a trade show, please give us 10-15 business days to get all the orders out. We appreciate your patience!
Can I sell on Amazon or Etsy?
No. We love independent boutiques and galleries, but we do not allow third-party marketplace reselling (Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, etc.).
Damages
If something arrives mangled, notify us within 5 days and include a picture of the damage. We will happily ship a replacement to you at no cost!
Returns
We freshly kit and hand-pack your order specifically for your shop, so all sales are final.
Exclusivity
We don't offer formal zip code protection, but we do check for proximity to existing stockists before approving new accounts. If you have a specific question in mind, let us know - we want everyone to win.
